“ I have been in all inclusive hotels almost my whole life. First with my parents and later on partner.
This hotel experience was so bad. First the service, the way the staff treats you is insanely bad. You do not see any enthusiasm in some employees in the restaurant or bar. Once we asked a question to a lady working there where she reacted very rude, which is so weird as we are guests and it was a simple question about a drinking machine. Later on I ask for an alcoholic drink at the bar in which I specifically asked if it was all inclusive and he said yes. Later on I needed to pay.. not even free ice creams nothing.
The staff barely speak English. This makes communicating very hard, even the hotel manager does not. I do not find this normal in a hotel in Europe.
Also we had an issue with a rental company the hotel works together with. The evening before the manager said that she will be a mediator to solve the issue with us and the car rental company. A day later, the manager was not even there and have not heard anything about it. So we let her come and also the rental company. There we felt scammed once again and they only talked Spanish while we were in a discussion. It was very unprofessional! Because of that I also published my story on Google and my network.
Lastly, the hotel room. Airconditioning what barely works, wake up in the night because of the heath. Babies crying in the night because of how old and bad isolated the rooms are. Dirty bed sheets with blood. Dirty bathroom and door gets wet from shower. It was an insane experience and not worth 4 stars at all!
All we needed was some justice which we did not get. For this reason I won’t stop telling my story. Just a friendly treatment from staff would of changed a lot. “
